GREEN SAND FOUNDRY
Machined CI casting & SG iron casting programs
Sakura Casting Private Limited supplies grey iron and ductile iron castings to OEMs serving submersible, centrifugal, and vertical turbine pump systems—as well as adjacent fluid-handling and industrial equipment. Targets include strength under pressure, leak-tight casting quality, and consistent surface readiness for machined finish.
Our reputation rests on disciplined commercial practices, depth of process engineering, and reliable delivery backed by metallurgical QA. That approach supports export-ready supply chains spanning multiple regions when programs require it.

FOUNDRY
The plant is structured to produce grey iron and ductile iron castings for pump and industrial OEMs—all grades commonly specified in rotating equipment supply chains. Consolidated throughput is aligned with customer demand forecasts and melting assets on site.
We invest in differentiated capacity blocks, contemporary molding and sand plants, and finishing assets required to repeatedly hit blueprint requirements. Dedicated grinding and finishing routes support machined delivery states where drawings demand it.
Sakura operates from Maharashtra with logistics suited to western and pan-Indian industrial corridors. Grey iron, graded CI, and SG iron process routes are coordinated under one metallurgical umbrella so customers receive predictable quality envelopes.
Work is departmentalized under experienced supervisors coordinating pattern, melt, molding, shakeout, finishing, and inspection checkpoints—balancing throughput with conformance to Sakura's QA system.

MOLDING SHOP
Every pour begins with repeatable mold integrity. Sakura allocates capital toward pattern-competent tooling, disciplined sand plants, and molding equipment sized for mixed SKU portfolios.
Green sand conditioning relies on intensive mixers, cooling, reclaim hygiene, and online sand property checks—paired with molding machines that can cover jolt–squeeze cycles and programmable squeeze profiles when the product warrants it.
The objective is dimensional stability, repeatable surface texture, and cost-effective cavities across both high-mix prototyping lanes and steady-state OEM runs.
MELTING SHOP
Induction-centric melting emphasizes electrical efficiency and metal availability synchronized to pouring schedules—critical when customers expect JIT replenishment windows and minimized heat-to-pour dwell.
CORE SHOP
Sakura leverages multi-process core capability so internal passages and complex prints remain feasible without sacrificing cost or lead time:
- Cold-box core shooters
- Shell core shooters
- No-bake core making
- CO₂ core making
QUALITY CONTROL
Expectations for material certificates, processing controls, and delivery integrity continue to rise. Sakura's quality system documents planning, production, and verification from RFQ through shipment—using calibrated instruments and structured audits to close gaps early.

HUMAN SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT
Sakura routes waste streams responsibly, aligns PPE and training to applicable industrial safety statutes, and treats workforce health as a line-stop priority—not a bulletin-board formality. Hazardous streams are identified, minimized, or handed off through approved channels so facilities remain auditable by customers and insurers alike.
QUALITY ASSURANCE & CERTIFICATION
Rather than billboard awards, Sakura invests in repeatable systems mirrored on the About page—highlighting disciplined documentation, calibrated measurement, and conformance to OEM quality manuals.
